The 49th Zambia International Trade Fair will will take place from 26th June to 2nd July 2013. Trade days at the fair will be conducted from 26th June to 28th June, 2013. Please take note of the following dates:
Registration for participation: October 2012 to March 2013
Ministers welcome will be held on 26th June, 2013
Judging of Exhibits will be held on 27th June, 2013
The official opening ceremony will take place on 29th June 2013
Registration Information
The management of the Zambia International Trade Fair is responsible for the registration of exhibitors who intend to exhibit in the various categories. Exhibitors are provided with various services depending on their categories of exhibit.

Application Form
Application forms can be obtained from our offices in Ndola. They can also be downloaded from here.
A non-refundable Application Fee of KR20.00 (ZMK20, 000.00) per form is applicable on submission. All submitted application forms should have corresponding receipt numbers as proof of payment of the application fee for them to be considered.
